My favorite spots out in nature are the trails that curve in front of me, winding away into the distance. Sometimes the trail moves out of sight and there’s a moment of anticipation, that little thrill of discovery waiting just around the corner.
Sometimes the winding trail in life is harder, full of uncertainty and worry as we traverse into the unknown. I’ve been so very thankful to be ion this journey throuh life with my husband Phil. And the two of us, because of covenants we have made, are walking this path with Jesus. This is a pth of relationship, gratitude, grace, and covenant with our Savior.
President Nelson has said, “All those who have made a covenant with God have access to a special kind of love and mercy... hesed.” In the Bible this word has been translated as lovingkindness, mercy, and goodness. It is a special connection, a love that keeps me bound to my Savior; I truly feel His love.
