Tree of Life
When Nephi was shown in vision what his father saw in his dream, he asked an angel for an interpretation of the tree in that vision. As an answer, he was shown Mary, who gave birth to the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Nephi immediately knew that the tree represented God’s love. “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son...” (John 3:16) I know that Heavenly Father’s greatest demonstration of love was sending us His Son, and Christ showed his love to His Father and us by doing His will in atoning for our sins.
